Total pre-workout is a high impact formula that is designed to help you get the most out of your training sessions.

  • 1.5g AAKG
  • 2.5g Beta Alanine
  • 3g Citrulline Malate

USAGE: 

  • Add one level scoop (10g) to 150ml of cold water.
  • Shake until mixed and consume.
  • Recommended no more than 1 x 10g serving per day. Do not exceed the stated daily intake.
  • High caffeine content (200mg per serving) not suitable for children, pregnant/breastfeeding women or those sensitive to caffeine.
  • Food supplements should not replace a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
